Jennifer isn't your average recruiter - she's spent 15+ years mastering the talent game. Now, she's the owner of JAJ Consults and on a mission to redefine the narrative and prove that not all recruiters are terrible. With over a decade of in-house recruiting and workforce development expertise, Jennifer thrives on streamlining operations. Think organization meets tech-fueled functionality, saving businesses time, money, and sanity.

Jennifer's commitment goes beyond just finding people. She gets life and energy from designing customized and creative ideas that are people-focused and business-first, helping companies maximize their precious time, resources, and capital with tools that make a real difference.

Jennifer's a strategic partner, an operations optimizer, and a champion for career growth. She's not just about filling roles, she's about connecting the dots to build your dream team.

On a personal level, Jennifer's heart belongs to New Orleans. From exploring City Park and her charming Bayou St. John neighborhood to attending every day of Jazz Fest, she embraces the city's soul. She fuels her spirited nature by runs with her English Lab, Clotilde, bike rides, yoga flows, tennis matches, and cheering on her Ole Miss Rebels and the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. She is a Junior League of New Orleans sustainer, USTA Adult Mixed Doubles Local League Coordinator, a board member of hte New Orleans Phi Mu Alumnae Association, a member of the Tulane Phi Mu House Corps and regularly serves on various fundraising event committees, proving that this Steel Magnolia heart runs deep.

Jennifer plans to call New Orleans home for the foreseeable future and is looking forward to continuing to invest in the people and businesses of the city to help make it an enjoyable place for all who live here and visit.

Clotilde 
​Chief of Staff

Clotilde is an English Labrador Retriever focused on two main things in life - playing with her tennis ball and convincing people to take her on as many runs as possible. She loves exploring New Orleans City Park, swimming in every body of water and puddle, seeing her best friend - Judah - on her daily walks, and giving sweet eyes to anyone with a treat in their hand or leftover food on their plate.

Clotilde enjoys her role as Chief of Staff and excels at making sure to say a daily "thank you" to the UPS man and ensures that everyone in the office maintains a good work-life harmony and doesn't forget to have a little fun from time to time.
